The first Carol Day story introduces the main characters and Carol's relationship with Charles Logan, her on-again, off-again love interest for the first years of the strip.

We have still not been able to acquire a complete run of the first Carol Day story, but we decided to present what we have. We believe we have enough of it so that you can get a good sense of the plot and the characters and their relationships. The art is so wonderful that you can enjoy it even with some gaps in the story.

This presentation is scanned from tearsheets, original art and printed reproductions. Because of the variety in our source material and condition issues in some of the originals, we have normalized the images in black and white in Photoshop to give a more consistent feel to the presentation.
